The Dillon XL 650 Refurbished Setup is a progressive reloader capable of loading about 500 rounds of 9mm ammunition per hour. This refurbished setup comes with a new XL 650 toolhead, Dillon powder measure, Shooting Stuff no-spill live-primer kit, a Shooting Stuff smooth-glide indexer, a set of calibre specific dies and a calibre specific conversion kit.
